The Tandoori Ribs are best pre cooked in the oven on a low temperature for 45 mins and finished off on the barbeque. Alternatively grill slowly.
The marinade is made from a mixture of tandoori spices dusted over the ribs and left overnight. We then vacuum pack for freshness.
Best served with a cool youghurt dressing, and for that great british twist serve with potato wedges.
