These little beauties are so versatile, you can cook them on the barbeque, in the oven or under the grill.
For a delicious dish cook ribs plain and add a simple mix of creme fresh and Rebori mint dressing.
Alternatively marinade over night then cook, however marinades that contain sugar will burn quickly when cooking on a barbeque so it's best to wrap them in foil first.
Otherwise cook slowly in a low oven for 45 mins and the marinade with caramelise to a wonderfuly sticky sauce.
For a lovely marinade use the sauce recipie from the Kofta page and add a generous tablespoonful of wholegrain mustard.
