No preservatives are added to this sausage so they will be delivered frozen. We can also leave our other sausages preservative free and the same will apply.

We also offer smoked sausages so please decide which seasonings you would like to try and we will then smoke them for you. £10.50 per kilo

And last but not least we have cured lamb sausages. The brine is made from the spring water found running on our farm, blended with a mix of herbs, juniper berries and a couple of secret ingredients. The sausages can be left in the fridge for a month, however I doubt they will last mor than a day once you have tasted them. We do a spicy sausage and a plain sausage. £12.00 per kilo

Watch out for our new Lustrami sausage which should be available from September, fingers crossed!
