Ingredients:
85% Lamb, rusk, lamb stock, apricots, salt, pepper, chillies, paprika, cumin, garlic, & ginger.
Preservative (E221), Antioxidant (E226)
Meatballs work well on the barbeque or under the grill. Serve with Cous Cous made up with lamb stock. (a stock cube works just as well when making the Cous Cous) Sautee some red onion and peppers and stir into the Cous Cous.
The youghurt dressing listed on the Kofta page poured over the top finishes them off nicely.
If you would prefer your meatballs presevative free we can do that for you, however the will be delivered frozen.
