Ingredients
85% lamb
Youghurt, corriander, salt, pepper,
preservative (E221) antioxidat(E226)
Sauce pictured is an equal blend of
Muscavado Sugar and Passata (Blended tomatoes basil & garlic).
Add a splash of white wine vinegar and a good slosh of Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper (a pinch of each).
Warm in a saucepan until bubbling then simmer until sticky not unlike jam! don't boil it will burn the bottom of the pan.
Koftas work very well on the barbeque or if it's raining just chuck em under the grill.
We make all our products ourselves so if you would prefer to leave out the preseratives etc just ask, they will however be delivered to you frozen.
