Our Burgers are Wheat & Gluten Free.
The relish pictured is made from taking some red onions and a selection of peppers and sautee lightly. Then add to the sauce listed on our Kofta Kebab Page.
A great alternative to the relish is a simple youghurt and dressing. Litterally take a pot of natural or greek youghurt add a handful of mint and some chopped cucumber and spring onions and stir, hey presto a fab dressing!
We make all our products ourselves so if youu would prefer to have them preservative free just ask, however they will be delivered to you frozen.
